About Jim and JBA

What qualifies us to deliver this kind of work? We have extensive experience of working in partnership with individuals and organisations across a range of sectors. We understand that one size doesn’t fit all when it comes to team development and coaching. It’s important that we deliver projects that make a real difference. JBA use a range of diagnostic and facilitation tools, including psychometric profiling and 360-degree feedback, to gain a full understanding of your needs. These provide the basis for teams working as well as possible. JBA don’t just come in, deliver some tick box sessions and then disappear, review and follow-up is an essential part of the process. We are genuinely interested in building relationships and partnerships that make a difference. We support individuals, organisations and teams to grow and change, are able to respond to challenges and ensure individuals and teams maintain a focus on learning from experience, and delivering to their potential.
