About Jim and JBA

What qualifies us to deliver this kind of work? We have extensive experience of working in partnership with individuals and organisations across a range of sectors. We understand that one size doesn’t fit all when it comes to team development and coaching. It’s important that we deliver projects that make a real difference. Where appropriate JBA will utilise a range of diagnostic and facilitation tools, including psychometric profiling and 360-degree feedback, to gain a full understanding of your needs. These provide the basis for teams working as effectively as possible. JBA do not offer tick box sessions and then disappear. Review and follow-up is an essential part of the development process we offer. We are genuinely interested in building relationships and partnerships that make a difference. We support individuals, organisations and teams to grow and develop in their ability to respond to challenges. Our approach is to ensure individuals and teams maintain a focus on learning from experience, and achieving their potential.
